Every Day I plan to take a picture of something in the shop. We'll make this a sticky so it will be posted on the same thread all the time.

First Pic is the ORA Green Birds Nest Coral that we grow. One of the most popular looker in the shop.

Scarface our Desjardini Salfin Tang that I had for a very long time. He's about 12 years old. I called him Scarface because him and the hippo would go at it for a little while. He wasn't wining any fights, so he was scared up many times. They haven't fought in about 2 years now. There's a little chase now and then, but no slashing.

I like this pic because he has one eye on me taking the picture and the other eye on the Naso Tang.

Nov 25, #3 Pic of the Day.

This is my ORA Birds of Paradise that I'm growing. I haven't fragged him for a little while. He's in a medium flow with high light around 300 par. I almost lost him because the Steve Tyree Rainbow Stylo stung him. I moved my Stylo away from other Birds. Then I fragged what was left living from the colony. I glued a bunch of small pieces all onto the rock. Some pieces were smaller that 1/4" and grew. Usually, when they are small like that, they don't do well being reglued. Most of my Birds Nest Mother Colonies are left on a small rock so it's easy for me to remove from the tank and cut. It's hard to see on the pic, but it's on a small fist size rock.

This coral was about 1/4 of the size 4 months ago. It's growing very well.

I dose Tropic Marin A,B,C every day, about 600ml per day. I also manually add TLF Acropower twice a week. 70ml each dose. These corals are lit with GHL Mitras 6100's with the Great Barrier Reef Schedule. My total Water volume on this system is about 750 Gallons.

Nov 27th pic of the day #5. This is a the Famous Dragon Soul Favia. It's a slow grower and needs to be far from other favia so it doesn't get stung. When you have a coral like this, you don't want another coral to sting it, especially a slow grower.

    Mr. Achilles

He's the youngest in our tank. I've added him when we moved to our new location. I've had him about 2 years.

Pic of the Day #9. My good old Hippo Tang. I have two of them in my coral system. This one here, we've nicknamed her as the Bit**. Reason for it is because she does not like to have any furniture (Rock or Corals) moved in her tank. She used to come after me whenever my hand was in the tank. She cut me a few times and I started to poke her everytime she came close. She got the hint!! This Hippo is 12 years old.

Her spot in the tank is close to where I have the German Blue Digitata and the Forest Fire Digitata. Whenever she bangs into the corals and breaks them, she picks up the frags and lays them on a piece of rock for me to collect them. No mess in her entrance of her door way. She's the Boss in the Tank.
